Join me on a four week series diving deep into the movement and mechanics of the hip. Each week I will explore a different position of the hip and you will learn techniques to start creating more range of motion in a variety of positions as well as how to better control the range of motion you currently have.
In these classes you will learn to self-asses your hips and how to connect deeper to what your hips need in order to move and feel good. You will gain information about how the hip is constructed and how to start the path towards building strong resilient hips.
Whether you feel like your hips are stiff and need to mobilize, or you deal with hyper-flexibility and are in need of building stability, this series will provided with the opportunity to learn to control your hips. The magic of this practice is that is will bring mobility where it is needed and stability where it is needed!
