One of the biggest variables deciding your movement quality is the health and function of your joints.
In our session we will explore what your goals are and what challenges you are running into in your body. I will offer a preliminary assessment of joints that I may think are causing issues and offer guidance on if mobility training will help you.
Mobility training is for anyone looking to improve their movement capacity so no matter what level of experience you have, I can help you keep doing what you want to do. If you'd like to participate in a sport or would like to accomplish any kind of physical feet, it's important to have the required strength and range of motion in your joints. I can help you train efficiently and build up the capacity of your joints in order to do what you want.
This is a great way for athletes to learn how they can improve their performance with highly customized training or for Individuals looking to start moving their body and are looking for guidance and help on how to get started.
