Each class will be a blend of different movement practices intended to build strength and mobility in a holistic and organic way. Come learn how to be in your body in a supportive and challenging environment and develop movement tools that will improve longevity, adaptability and creativity.
Each week come and move through a variety of different mobility drills, techniques and exercises to improve the function and health of your joints. Available for all levels of movers.
